Collect Call from Jesus…Will You Accept?
I apparently needed more rest after prayer time because I went back to sleep! Lol! 😜
Here’s what I discerned the voice of God saying this morning:
Permissible, but not listable. (I believe the Lord is saying to me: Just because it’s permissible doesn’t mean He wants it on my list).
Don’t get caught up in what anyone else calls you when I call you.
Collect Calls. When I call collect, will you accept?
I thought about Jesus sitting at the right hand of the Father calling us for specific assignments. And just like when a person used to call you collect back in the day, you had to ACCEPT the CALL. That means you took the responsibility for everything that came with that call.
But unlike a collect call from someone in captivity and someone in need of help, we are being called by Christ to share the Good News and free those being held in captivity and help those who need it most!!!!!!! We are the hands and feet of Jesus!
Will we accept the Call? The Collect Call from Christ!
He is calling to collect on what He wired us to do when He created us!!

Collect Call from Christ… will you ACCEPT?
“He has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began.” — 2 Timothy 1:9 CSB
“So don’t be embarrassed to speak up for our Master or for me, his prisoner. Take your share of suffering for the Message along with the rest of us. We can only keep on going, after all, by the power of God, who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
