Reflect-Refresh-Refrain

Good Morning and welcome to another episode of On Assignment by God, the daily video blogcast! Yup, we are coming to you in three formats: blog, podcast, and now video! Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel so that you can see me in the prayer closet sharing what Holy Spirit said to me!

And without any further delay, let me share what I discerned Holy Spirit say today:

Reflect - Refresh- Refrain.

Those were the three words I discerned. As I wrote it down in my journal, Holy Spirit kept speaking and said:

When you reflect on how good I have been, it will refresh you and refrain you from the temptation of sin. The adversary is always looking for a way in (John 10:10). Reflect so you can begin afresh…refreshed and anew again. New mercies begin again today. Keep seeking My face and living life My Way.

I really love when Holy Spirit talks to me poetically! It’s such a loving way to communicate.

I went looking for scripture and Holy Spirit led me right to the book of Lamentations, specifically chapter 3, verses 22-23 which says:

The faithful love of our Father never ends. His mercies never cease. Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning. — Lamentations 3:22-23 NLT

Rejoice! Our Faithful Father has given us a fresh start this morning! Let’s be On Assignment by God and reflect on our Father’s faithfulness to us. His mercies, will refresh us and refrain us from sin.

P.S. I just love my refreshing conversations with God…don’t you?

SALVATION PRAYER

If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
