Small Starts
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that search all around the world.)” — Zechariah 4:10 NLT
“I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6 NLT
I discerned the voice of God saying:
Start small. I’ll grow it.
I can’t put my super on your natural if you don’t start.
Crescendo
Swell
I give the increase
Serving Size
I thought about the Lord serving me in different portions. When we are babies, the portion (or serving sizes) are small because that’s the amount we can handle. Our Father God gives the increase in portion size as He sees fit. He sees us fit as we continue to grow up in Him!
Gradual is what I hear. That’s what a crescendo and a swell represent. A gradual progression.
Let us not despise the gradual process of growth by God in every area of our lives!
The completed vision is for an appointed time but in the meantime, let’s start and work the serving size we have now!

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
ASSIGNMENTS
What did Holy Spirit say to you in your conversation with Him this morning? (Be sure to write it all down).
What has God assigned you to do that you need to simply start on, no matter how small the start is?
Record yourself reading the Word of God on video or audio and watch how God will use your own voice to give you revelation and build your faith (keeping this assignment on here for a while).
