When God Depends on You, You Must Depend on Him
My bed covers literally tried to hold my foot hostage this morning. My right foot was twisted and wrapped in the sheets. Imagine me standing with one foot on the floor and the other entangled!!! I immediately thought about how things in life try to trip you up from getting to where God wants you!! But I was not allowing anything to entangle me from getting in position to worship, pray, and hear from the Lord. Hallelujah 🙌🏽🙌🏽
One thing the Lord said among the many things He said is: I gave this to you because I know I can depend on you to depend on Me.
THAT LINE RIGHT THERE!! WOW!
Holy Spirit also said: I wouldn’t have given it, that, or them, to you if I didn’t already know you are well able. When it feels overwhelming, that’s an indicator you’re trying to do it yourself. Come back closer to ME. Lay it on ME! I renew strength. I sustain. I provide.
Then I heard Him say: Low. Face in the floor is the posture for this season.
My Reply: Ohhh weee Lord! I hear you. I depend on you because I can’t do any of it without you!!
What has God given you because He knew that He could depend on you to depend on Him??
“ I depend on God alone; I put my hope in him.” — Psalm 62:5 GNT 🙌🏽

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
