Be God's Proof!
I got up this morning and I went to find some worship music. I had previously been listening to Embassy Worship so I hit the play button again, and what played out after that in my conversation with God had me crying and thanking God for giving me an entirely new perspective on my life’s struggles.
As I listened to the song, the Holy Spirit spoke to me through the song. The message was this: We are to be the witness of what heaven has already announced over our lives. What does that mean? We are to be the very thing that the Lord has announced over our lives. The Holy Spirit said to me:
You are My proof Fon!
I need you to be My proof in relationships.
I need you to be My proof in finances.
I need youth be My proof in business.
I need you to be My proof in parenting.
Everywhere you have felt the fire, it’s been to FIREPROOF you!!
Everywhere you have felt the fire, it’s been to refine you and prove the devil wrong about you!
When the enemy has said you can’t do it, I have said OH YES SHE CAN!
I won’t let you fall Fon. Keep your focus on me Fon!
Y’all this conversation was definitely FIRE! I mean that it really burned off the lies of the enemy as to why I have been through some things and even why things have not happened the way I wanted them to happen yet. See we may not understand why we go through what we go through, but we are to trust God even when we can’t understand him, even when he is thoroughly confusing to us.
Dr. Tony Evans said in his study notes in the book of Job (which is exactly where I went because the song mentioned Job), that God sometimes allows us to go through painful and even prolonged suffering to give us a fresh vision of Him that goes far beyond what we could have otherwise experienced. So in the midst of trials, we are to pray for deliverance. But we are to also pray that God would use our circumstances to allow us to SEE HIM, UNDERSTAND HIM, and WORSHIP HIM as never before.
God limits our trials. His goal is to purify us and sanctify us, not take us out.
When I look back over my life, I can see how the enemy tried to take me out in certain areas of my life, especially relationships, finances and parenting! Some of my biggest struggles come in those areas. But after this conversation with Holy Spirit, I see why the enemy comes so hard for me in those areas! God has already announced who I am in those areas of my life and it is good! I am blessed! But the enemy has come to steal, kill, and destroy in those very areas to prove God wrong about what He said about me!
See God has already announced everything in heaven about ME and about YOU! We are to be God’s LIVING PROOF of what He already announced in heaven. When we feel the fire, it is to prove that His word about us is true! God has said that I am the head and not the tail. I am a lender and not a borrower. I can live a pure lifestyle and not have sex before marriage. I am an amazing mother who will train up her children to fear the Lord and obey Him. And the devil is trying his best to prove God to be a liar. But I am God’s proof! You are God’s proof! So let’s not complain about our trials because they are necessary for our journey! They are necessary proof!
Say this: I AM GOD’S PROOF THAT HE TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT ME! I AM WALKING IT OUT DAILY IN MY LIFE. I AM A LIVING TESTIMONY OF WHAT HEAVEN HAS ANNOUNCED.
Remember that no matter what part the devil plays in our circumstances, he can only afflict us with trials that have first passed through the hands of an ALL-WISE, ALL-POWERFUL, and ALL-LOVING God!
And why does God allow it?
The enemy tries everything he can to prove God wrong about us, but the Lord has already said, “I won’t allow My Word to return unto me void!”
So we are to be a living testimony. We are to be the proof of what God ALREADY ANNOUNCED IN HEAVEN about us!
I AM GOD’S PROOF! YOU ARE GOD’S PROOF! WE ARE GOD’S PROOF!

SALVATION PRAYER
If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
