Reorganize for Restoration

Today’s conversation with Holy Spirit was very instructional.

He said:

  • Get back on track.

  • I Am a Redeemer of time, but I want you to be more resourceful with the time I have given you.

  • When you reorganize, I’ll redeem, restore, and provide more.

  • You can do it…with ME.

  • You’ve done it before…with ME.

These are the scriptures that Holy Spirit spoke to me this morning to keep the conversation going:

And I will restore or replace for you the years that the locust has eaten—the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you. And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you. And My people shall never be put to shame. And you shall know, understand, and realize that I am in the midst of Israel and that I the Lord am your God and there is none else. My people shall never be put to shame. — Joel 2:25-27 AMPC

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” — James 4:13-15 ESV

Teach us to use wisely all the time we have. — Psalm 90:12 CEV

Dear friends, don’t forget that for the Lord one day is the same as a thousand years, and a thousand years is the same as one day. — 2 Peter 3:8 CEV

Act like people with good sense and not like fools. These are evil times, so make every minute count. Don’t be stupid. Instead, find out what the Lord wants you to do. Don’t destroy yourself by getting drunk, but let the Spirit fill your life. — Ephesians 5:15-17 CEV

When you are with unbelievers, always make good use of the time. — Colossians 4:5 CEV

The Lord wants to restore things in my life, but before He does, He says, I need to get reorganized and He encouraged me this morning by reminding me that I have done it before WITH HIM!

Let us be encouraged today to use our time wisely. God wants to restore the time that has been lost (plus everything else that has been taken from us), but we have to be good stewards of everything He is giving us, including time.

P.S. I just love my Conversations With God! Don’t you?

SALVATION PRAYER

If you don’t know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you’re not a believer, but you have a desire to be, all you have to do is openly confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9). When you pray that prayer, you are saved. Get connected with a good, bible-based church in your community, stay connected to other believers, and start having daily conversations through prayer with God every single day. Welcome to your new life with Jesus Christ!!!
