Tethered by Faith: Hearing Before the Leap and Walking in Righteous Relationship with YAHAWAH

This Morning’s Word from the Ruach HaQuodesh

During prayer this morning, I didn’t force a flow—I simply listened. What came next wasn’t just for me, but for every daughter of Zion walking by faith and not by sight.

Here’s what I heard from the Ruach HaQuodesh:

“Right Relationship. Righteousness.
Listen before you leap.
Listen before the leap of faith.
My leaps have instructions tied to them.
Tethered to Me.
When you leap in faith, your belief in Me keeps you tethered to Me.
I won’t let you fall.
Righteous relationship requires responsibility.
Responsibility to My Word. My Commandments. My Instructions.
My Way of doing things.
To know My Ways, you have to know Me.
In all thy ways acknowledge Me and I will direct thy paths.
My Ways are not your ways, so think it not strange how I do it—because it won’t be how you would do it.
Reflect on all the times I did it MY WAY.
Write it down so you can see how I move versus how you would have moved in the matter.”

Scriptures for Meditation (Precept Upon Precept)

Deuteronomy 6:25 (KJV)

“And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before YAHAWAH our Elohim, as He hath commanded us.”

Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)

“Trust in YAHAWAH with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.”

Psalm 37:23–24 (KJV)

“The steps of a good man are ordered by YAHAWAH: and He delighteth in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for YAHAWAH upholdeth him with His hand.”

Isaiah 55:8 (KJV)

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith YAHAWAH.”

Reflections from the Set-Apart Path

Leaping in faith sounds poetic. But true leaps come with instructions.

They're not about impulsive movement—but intentional obedience. Righteous relationship with YAHAWAH requires that we take responsibility for aligning with His commandments, not our convenience.

He’s not calling us to jump blindly, but to jump tethered—tethered to His Word, His Ways, and His Presence.

Journaling Prompt: Hearing Before the Leap

Take a moment to pray, listen, write. Here are some prompts to guide your reflection:

  • When was the last time you leapt without listening? What was the result?

  • List 3 times YAHAWAH did it His way—not your way. What did you learn from that?

  • What current instruction has He given you that you've been sitting on?

  • Are you walking in a way that proves you're tethered to Him—or just talking about faith?

Final Word

To know His ways, you have to know Him. And to know Him, you must spend time hearing before leaping.

Let your faith be grounded, not frantic.

Stay Set-Apart, Keep Listening, and Write It Down.
